Join me in Southern Vermont for a Saturday of all-levels yoga, meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy and renewal.

Start your day at East View Farm in Springfield with a late-morning mindfulness practice, then explore slow flow and yin yoga, learn about (and play with) some essential oils, and end with a restorative yoga session and restful visualization. In between, enjoy a delicious lunch and healthy snacks prepared by our hosts while you take in their breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, forest and meadows. If the weather is fine, we may even be able to take one of our yoga practices outside.

Arrive with any level of yoga experience, and head home feeling rested and supported in your busy day~to~day life.

Complete the form below and I’ll add you to my email list, and send you additional information and a payment link for the early bird rate of $95 (bring a friend and you can both come for just $185). Mat space is very limited at this charming venue, so don’t wait to secure your spot!

stay, play and rest

Just 10 minutes off I-91, East View’s 1810 farmhouse will step you back in time. Supersize your rural Saturday getaway by spending the evening in the historic farmhouse or rustic cabin, booking a relaxing in-room Tibetan massage, or arranging for a pre-dinner nibble by the pond. The peaceful garden backs onto miles of woodlands for hiking and picnicking, and nearby Chester, Weston, Ludlow and Mt. Ascutney offer a variety of dining and sightseeing options.

If you are interested in staying at the farm Friday or Saturday—or both—please use the links here to view the AirBnB listing and contact the farm directly to book your accommodations (reservations are blocked on AirBnB and saved just for us that weekend).

here’s what others say about my self~care events

The retreat was exactly what I needed. Jo went above and beyond to create a retreat that was personal, informative and rejuvenating. I came alone not expecting to meet anyone and ended up meeting an amazing group of women. I left feeling inspired, refreshed, and grounded. Jo’s personal touches made me feel so welcome and cared for. I can’t wait to go back again.

Thank you for giving me permission to give myself permission to focus and relax, to find and create peace in my own spaces and places in ways that help me integrate and become more fully and peacefully embodied.
