looking to bring some harmony to your life?

Join me in for a day of all-levels yoga, meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy and renewal, September 28, 2019, at East View Farm in Springfield, Vermont.

Start your Saturday with a late~morning mindfulness practice, then explore gentle movement and yin yoga, learn about some balancing essential oils (and make a customized creation to use at home), and end with a restorative yoga session and restful guided meditation. In between, enjoy a delicious lunch and healthy snacks prepared by our hosts from local ingredients while you take in their breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, forest and meadows. If the weather is fine, we may even be able to enjoy some of our time together outside.

Arrive with any level of yoga experience, and head home feeling rested and supported in your busy day~to~day life.

Complete the form below and I’ll add you to my email list, and send you additional information and a payment link. Register by September 1 for just $95—bring a friend and you can both come for just $185). Spots are already filling quickly (and prices go up by the end of the summer) so don’t wait to commit!

Just 10 minutes off I-91, East View’s 1810 farmhouse will step you back in time. Supersize your rural Saturday getaway by spending the evening in the historic farmhouse, booking a relaxing Tibetan massage, or joining the group for a post~event local farm-to-table dinner. There's even an opportunity to meet some friendly pet cows! The peaceful garden backs onto miles of woodlands for hiking and picnicking, and nearby Chester, Weston, Ludlow and Mt. Ascutney offer a variety of dining and sightseeing options.

If you are interested in staying at the farm Friday or Saturday—or both—please use the links here to view the AirBnB listing but contact the farm directly to book your accommodations (reservations are blocked on AirBnB and saved just for us that weekend).

here’s what others say about my self~care events

Robin Mello circle.png
This was my first time going away to an event like this by myself so I had no idea what to expect. Jo is an excellent instructor—I was so moved by what she had planned for us. This retreat made me more self aware and I was able to let go of what I needed to ... I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest. I look forward to the next Self-Care Saturday.

The retreat was exactly what I needed. Jo went above and beyond to create a retreat that was personal, informative and rejuvenating. I came alone not expecting to meet anyone and ended up meeting an amazing group of women. I left feeling inspired, refreshed, and grounded. Jo’s personal touches made me feel so welcome and cared for. I can’t wait to go back again.
