got time for a quick bite?

I get it. Sometimes you don't have the time--or the energy--to make it to a live class. Or even to browse recordings, because you are straight out taking care of All The Things. So I'm doing the next best thing--coming right to you where you’re at, with a quick bite of yoga.

I can't be with you IRL (I wish I could be!), so I’m giving you a link to a practice you can do wherever you are. I’m kneeling on my mat, but you can do this seated at your kitchen table or desk, or before you start your car to run errands.
