acupressure to thaw your winter back

By late winter, those of us in the Northeast are DONE. We are over our puffy coats and beanie hats. We long for the days of easy-on shoes. We’re ready to shed a few layers. And if you’re caring for someone else, you’re looking forward to putting the lost minutes it takes to suit up everyone for an outing to much better use.

I’m guessing it will take us a few more weeks to get there—because it always does. In the meantime, try this quick acupressure practice to help you start to thaw out your upper spine and neck, and bring a little mobility back to those places that have been swaddled in turtlenecks and scarves for so many months.
